Initial consultation- $35.00/first hour.  This usually last about an hour. After the first hour I will begin charging by the hour= $75.00 an hour(see below).

This is a consultation. It involves me meeting with you and writing down your needs and asses the areas you want addressed. If you have multiple areas call and I'll give you an idea about how much time it will take before I come to your home.

                     Home Staging  OR  Interior Redesign

Initial consultation with specific directions-
$75.00 an hour  Consultation plus telling you where the placement should be of all the goods in a specific room.If you would like for me to move items and help you place them it wil be $75.oo an hour. If I have to hire an additional helper, it be another $15.oo (or less) an hour to help move the larger heavier things I can't move. An estimate will be given before I start. My company does not move pianos or floor type clocks. You choose how much I do. Either way is fine.

                                    
Home Staging

Option A:
 $75.00 for 0-3000 sq.ft. (approx. an hour) Walk through only
                 $150.00 3001-4500 sq.ft.( approx. 11/2-2hrs.) Walk through only
                                     - call for quote over 4500 sq.ft.-
        ( This is a good  choice if you just want to see where you are or need to be.)

This begins from the time I get out of my car. I will view curb appeal, front entry,shrubs, paint,furniture arrangment and so on. I'll give the homeowner an evaluation check list to fill out as we go around the home. I'll give you a copy and I'll keep one for my records. I will tell you how to make  your home appealing to buyers.
If you are a do -it -yourselfer, or want to do suggested things on the list then, I'll give you a list of Trade Resources (if needed) to get the jobs done.

Option B: $75.00 an hour / $300.00 (half day,4hrs.) / $600.00 (full day,8hrs)
and if additional helper needed pay them $15.00 (or less) an hour.( Estimate given)

This takes place after the initial consultation. This is when I come back and place everything in your home to give it maximum buyer appeal.  I will come in and establish proper balance and flow. You can go have fun and leave it all up to me or pitch in and help to get it done quicker and for less. It is usually harder for the home owner because you see it everyday and don't view it as a home buyer.(Estimate provided)

REMEMBER
-MORE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND STAGED HOMES USUALLY SELL FASTER AND FOR A HIGHER PRICE. 


Color Consultation- $30.00 per room (usually last 20-30 minutes) 1-3 colors
This only includes me coming and helping choose a color.

Personal Shopper- $25.00 an hour (estimate given before)

This includes me shopping for the client for furniture,rugs,art, goods for decorating, finishing touches and so on. This is in addition to Initial Consultation. A cap will be established before I shop. You decide on what you want to spend. I can also shop for appliances for the same rate. All others need to call for an estimate. The best part is you keep what you want, pay me for what you keep, and I'll make the returns.

Custom Bedding,Window Treatments and Monograming- by estimate

Builders Personal Shopper- I will shop for appliances, floor covering, choose paint colors, wallpaper and so on as needed. I will meet you at the job site and give you an estimate for the services needed. For multiple jobs in the same neighborhood I will give a discount. For installation of goods a quote will be given for a specific job. Repeat business equals great discounts.

I have a list of referrals and trade resources if needed. Design Dilemmas,LLC is not responsible for those companies. I am not a contractor. The contract is between you and them.
